Return & Refund Policy 

 

We hope you're happy with your purchase. If not, you can return items for a refund within 14 days of receipt. 

You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the items are unused, unwashed, unaltered, in their original packaging, AND have tags attached. 

To start the return process, contact us at  shop@rudiment.studio within 7 days of receiving your order.

If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

We do not offer free returns. It is the customer's responsibility to cover the cost of return shipping and to provide tracking information.

A 5% restocking fee is applied to all returned products and deducted from the refund.

Returns are not accepted for sales items. All sales items are final sale.

Damages and issues

All items are inspected for quality control before shipment. Contact us immediately if you find defects, damages, or incorrect items for resolution at  shop@rudiment.studio


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including custom products, special orders, personalized items, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

We are not offering exchanges at this time. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund approval.

A 5% restocking fee is applied to all returned products and deducted from the refund.

Once approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
